It may not make sense to make other help browsers depend on Nautilus,
but it equally doesn't make sense to make Nautilus depend on
gnome-core. Nautilus also provides the gnome-vfs module for the
various help-related URI schemes (help:, man:, info:, etc).
Perhaps all the generic help support should go in it's own module.
