I require people to #define WNCK_I_KNOW_THIS_IS_UNSTABLE to use the
library. Popular demand suggests that I should change it to #define
WNCK_I_AM_A_WNCKER. ;-)
Anyway, yeah as Alex has already outlined, this is just in a lib so
procman, pager, tasklist, and foobar can all use it - we had gwmh.[hc]
cut-and-pasted in a few places. So we are talking "guts of some GNOME
desktop apps" convenience library here, it's not a platform thing.
