Yeah.

The most urgent need is for *some* kind of accessible HTML widget, and 
GtkHTML2 is the most tractable, given the current resourcing.  You're 
right, we (the Accessibility group) can't do anything with EVO until it 
starts using GAL-2.

In the meantime we need to display Gnome Help ...
