Close should definitely be the same as "Close" on the window menu,
"Close" in task list, and the WM close button.
For instant-apply dialogs this is probably "just close the dialog, do
nothing else."
"OK" should always mean "apply and close" - in the context of
instant-apply though, this means the same as "just close", so perhaps
"OK" instead of "close" would make it clear what the close button
does.
