Hi Maciej,

	I went through the archives of the gnome-1.4 list and came
across this post in which you had outlined a nice policy to be
followed by release co-ordinators. 

	Could you please put this in CVS ? If I am not wrong, the
policies directory is empty (as reported by lxr on cvs.gnome.org)
