Certainly that is not a good philosophy.  I think Having some
duplication in functionality is a good thing because it provides
choice, competition, and each tool can serve a niche.  Is there just
one image editor for Windows or Mac?

That's a good starting point.  I don't think we need to be two worried
about #2.  Ian and I are committed to making this as good an extra app
release as we can.  Let's just figure out what needs to go in and
we'll work with whomever we need to to get it in.
