[gnet] Gnet cvs win32 binaries

It took me long enough to get gnet compiled for windows that I thought
I should make binaries available for others.

I put an archive of recent cvs gnet binaries/dev-files for windows up here:

I'll try to keep it updated as gnet releases happen.
