Error Encoding audio

Hello, I installed Gnac on OpenSUSE 11.2, I also have installed:

gstreamer-0_10-plugins-bad

gstreamer-utils
gstreamer-0_10-plugins-base
gstreamer-0_10-lang
gstreamer-0_10-libnice
gstreamer-0_10-schroedinger
lame
faad
faac

however when I run gnac, It shows errors converting, in the console,  
for example:

Gnac failed to convert file file:///home/tian/Music/Frank%20Sinatra/Nothing%20But%20the%20Best/3%20-%20The%20Way%20You%20Look%20Tonight.flac
 Error message: no hay un elemento «lame»

and the same error with faac.
