* New release of java-libglom with changes needed for Portals

1.17.1 has been committed to the repository but I'm having a problem
with the ftpadmin install script:

* Added titles to the Portal widget in the Details View

* Worked on the server side part of the Portals support

This is mostly finished.

Next Week

*  Work on implementing the Portals widget in GWT

* Add Open navigation buttons next to the foreign keys in the Details View
