Windows installation

Hi.

I've tried to install GLOM no WIN XP sp3.

After installation if I try to start the application:

ERROR:
AppName: glom.exe        AppVer: 0.0.0.0         ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.6055    Offset: 00029f07

What I can do to solve?
What I must send to your attention so you can help me?
