Is there any plan for ODBC in GLOM?
Glom uses PostgreSQL so, if ODBC can use PostgreSQL, then it should be
easy.
Yes, PostgresSQL can be access using ODBC - psqlODBC driver using
UnixODBC or iODBC,
psqlODBC
http://psqlodbc.projects.postgresql.org/
http://www.iodbc.org/dataspace/iodbc/wiki/iODBC/
http://www.unixodbc.org/
This will generally be easier if you use a central PostgreSQL server
instead of self-hosting.
Yes, then you can access your glom data anywhere where ever you are.
