We now don't ask for a password when creating a document. More
importantly, we don't share over the network by default. That must be
chosen explicitly from the File menu.

currently fails because of this reason). However, I am not sure whether
it is a good idea to do so, at least not without letting the user know.

If there is a problem with opening existing documents, please file a
bug, maybe with a test .glom file.
