Glom 1.8.4 Today field

Sometimes, need to have "Today" date in a record (automatic updated).
For example when print records, need the date of the print in headers or
botton of each page. (Also number of pages and name of the file may be
usefull)
Think to have a field with date format, but don't know how to do.

Help apreciated
