I'll get it working with gcc 3.4 on Fedora Core 3 soon. I'm just slowed
down by the freedesktop shutdown. Feel free to submit a patch in the
meantime.

0.8.8 has a bug that makes it fairly useless anyway. However, I'm not
quite ready to release a 0.8.9 yet, because there's a half-finished new
feature.
