[Glade-users] need help to solve problem running glade in fvwm

Thank you for your help.

I had old version of ligpng in the /usr/local/lib, so I installed the new
one and made link to the new one and the complain about the version
information went away.

But the warning about the icon still there. I don't know how and where to
get those icon image files. I need to solve these before I can use glade.

I installed glade by running "apt-get install glade".

Any suggestions?

I am running debian 5.0.4.

When I ran glade, I couldn't see any icons images.

Here is what I got when running glade:

You can get a copy from:
        http://icon-theme.freedesktop.org/releases

Check if you have libpng library installed.

#apt-get install libpng12-0

It will install the library in the following location:
/lib/libpng12.so.0

Did you install glade from source or via apt ?

If it could not find in /lib you may try by creating a symbolic link
in /user/local/lib/ !!
