I just upgraded Glade3 to 3.6.5
which needed intltool (now 0.35.5)
which needed gettext (now 0.17)

now when I try to use:

"gtk-builder-convert file.glade file.xml"

I get these errors:

"Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/local/bin/gtk-builder-convert", line 756, in <module>
  File "/usr/local/bin/gtk-builder-convert", line 744, in main
  File "/usr/local/bin/gtk-builder-convert", line 160, in parse_file
    self._dom = minidom.parse(file)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.5/xml/dom/minidom.py", line 1913, in parse
    return expatbuilder.parse(file)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.5/xml/dom/expatbuilder.py", line 924, in
    result = builder.parseFile(fp)
  File "/usr/lib/python2.5/xml/dom/expatbuilder.py", line 207, in
    parser.Parse(buffer, 0)
xml.parsers.expat.ExpatError: mismatched tag: line 360, column 2"

Is there something else that needs upgrading? Was working well right
before the upgrade.

Have you tried simply opening original file with Glade and change the
format go GtkBuilder when you save it instead of using
gtk-builder-convert script?
