[Glade-users] window manager is needed?

Hi all:
Can someone confirm that whether I need the window manager or not?  
I use gtk to design the GUI for an instrument.The window works in the full-screen mode.Moving and miniming is 
not necessary.It is set not to be 
decorated.In that case,whether the window manager is needed or not?
Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.
