[Glade-users] "Top Level" vs. "Popup"

Hello,

Why is it that when I select "Popup" instead of "Top Level" I get a
window without borders?
I think here "Top Level" is used in the wiget sense, i.e. to mean that
it is not contained in
any other GTK widget. But it seems the "Popup" text implies the other
meaning, i.e. the
window manager meaning. But I don't think those labels are correct...
misleading.
