[Glade-users] Handle box question

The handle boxes in the glade project window can be moved around within
the window.  I can't seem to get that behavior in any applications I
make with glade.  I can remove the handle box from the window, but can
only put it back in it's origional place.  Am I missing something?  Is
there a way to do this with glade?  Please CC: me, I'm not on the list.
