[Glade-devel] Patch review request: allowing the palette to be smaller

Hello,

I would like to propose the attached patch for glade-3. Glade3 windows
the way they are now really eat screen space, so I'm trying to think
about ways of making them smaller.

I think allowing the palette to be resized to, at least, not overlap
with the glade project window on 1024x768 screens is a good thing to
start with.

This will also not force the size into people using the palette widget
in other windows.
