[Glade-devel] commit -- Paolo patches + more menu editor work

I did some little changes to Paolo patch before committing it.
Now you can even see the menu editor in action (create a GtkMenuBar, and
click on "Edit Menus...", just like in glade-2), but I guess that it
will crash as soon as you start playing with it :-)
