Yes, in theory if Glade allowed custom widgets then there would
be no problem but this is not the case.
In gitg we have the gitg widget and the widgets taken from libgd.
Right now the only way to edit those ui files is manually and well
once you get used to it is not that bad. You have documentation
on how the widgets implementing the buildable interface must
look in the gtk+ docs.

Yes, I am using glade, and why shouldn't I using Glade, isn't it the
way how the GUI is designed in GNOME? Sorry, I am a novice at Gnome
Development.
