[Gimp-user] Question about instaling

Hello, I have a ipad pro second gen and I have downloaded the Gimp
installation file, but how do I get the downloaded file to open,so the
program/Gimp begins to work?

I find the file, but can not get it opened

I am very thankful for any help.
