Yes.

However, if you want to sell or redistribute GIMP itself, you must make
the source code available, including any changes you made, either for
free or for the cost of media, and you must include the license and say
it's free/libre software.

If you just want to use it within a business, e.g. to make images for
sale, that's fine.
