You should download only from gimp.org.

Go to Edit->Preferences in GIMP

Find Interface on the left and click on it.

Under Language, choose the language you want.

Then press OK.

Then quit gimp (File->Quit).

Then start gimp again.

If Dutch is not avaialble as a language, uninstall, then go to
www.gimp.org and download from there.
