[Gimp-user] gimp problem

Hi

My name is Iván and I am new in this email list. I have been using GIMP for quite a while now. Currently I 
work with the 2.10.6 version. My problem is that now whenever I try to open a file it shows squares instead 
of letters/text in the dialog boxes. Can somebody help me with this?
