[Gimp-user] Inability to instal

    I have tried installing GIMP sucessfully but cannot instal the help programme.    Each time it gives me 
the following message:    "This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way."

    Without the help file I do not know even how to start. Please help, thanks,
