Hello,


If I add a folder to C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins how can I the location to Edit -> 
Preferences -> Folders -> Plugins?  I see there is a global gimprc file that has a pluginrc property, but 
there is no real documentation on how it works.
