Since you are hiring, I assume you are not skilled enough to do it 
yourself, so you likely can't tell how "minor"(*) these changes are. The 
devil is in the details. So don't expect a real answer without posting 
an example.

(*) Programmers invented the (ironic)  SMOP: Small Matter Of
