Well, the tutorial is;
1. File menu -> Open Image
2. Filters menu -> click on Enhance -> click on Sharpen
3. Move the Sharpness slider in the Sharpen dialogue to a suitable
value. (maybe 60 for your image)
4. Click on ok.
5. File menu -> click on Export
Use new name to preserve the existing file in case you ever need it
again.
As a beginner why not use the Gimp documents, for example:
