It is a Gnome 3 Gimp lag error or bug. My CPU shoots up from 8% all the way to
70% when I just click the brush. It works better in Unity and Gnome Classic with
slight lag, but not noticeable if you don't go wild.  It doesn't do so well in
Ubuntu 2D Either, but not as bad as Gnome 3.

I have no idea what happened to Gimp....
