[Gimp-user] HATE the new save vs. export behavior

which totally disables save/export behaviour for gimp 2.8.

I even package Gimp for Debian Sid with that patch here (add to
/etc/apt/sources.list): deb http://vmx.yourcmc.ru/var/debian/ unstable/
