Sorry, it turned out that this plugin was not from official repos.
It was CaCorrection.py from Meet the Gimp forum:

Sorry again and thanks for responding.

PS This plugin is especially useful when the lense is not in the lensfun
database as it can [almost] completely remove CA automatically without
fiddling with parameters.
