Hello Gimp-user-list

Perhaps manual would anticipate more questions to user-list if there were a
draft/w.i.p. version to insert notes.

For example: 5.20, "You can set the default for the rulers in the Image Window
Appearance dialog." images differ from latest release.

Right now I'm trying to learn what units are in rulers (px?) and how to change
(e.g., inches). HELP.
