[Gimp-user] 2.8 opacity keyboard shortcut

Hi,

First I should state that GIMP and single window mode are
wonderful.  Only thing (so far) that I miss in 2.8 is that
previously (including 2.73) I could tab to the opacity
slider of a layer and then manually adjust using (I think)
ctrl-left by decrements of 10% or just left for 1%. There
does not now seem to be an equivalent.  As some one who
commonly duplicates a layer then adjusts mode then plays
with opacity by keyboard this is a bit of a loss (never did
manage to figure out how to bring up the layer mode type
with a keyboard so always had to use mouse for that).
