Yes, an inactive team isn't making decisions.
However, you said that "there already was a discussion on the need for the new design".
So I asked, out of curiosity, when did that discussion take place?
I also asked, as a result of that discussion, was a decision reached?
Now you're saying a design contest will probably take place.
At least Kasim now has an idea of what's going on and can submit his design
when the contest happens.
