Hi,
I think i'm mostly done with a dark theme for version 2.99/3.0. I
created a new issue with the latest file available @
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gimp/issues/1628 and i'm currently
maintaining it at https://github.com/draekko-rand/GIMP-3-Themes ... enjoy.
