To amplify a little, the GIMP project doesn't have full-time staff and
even the most active programmers have full-time "day jobs". There's
maybe the equivalent of less than one full-time person working on GIMP
development right now, with additional resources for the Web site,
administration, translation, documentation, packaging, manacle repair.
