Hi,

On a new installation of gimp-help on Ubuntu-18-04, I got this error:

make html-en

Yet , docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/xhtml/chunk.xsl exists.

What can be wrong in my installation? I ran ./autogen.sh --without-gimp 
ALL_LINGUAS="en fr".
