I want to confirm the accuracy of the following translations.

1) gegl - operations/workshop/spherize.c:42

   In Spherical cap apex angle, as a fraction of the co-angle of view

   the co-angle is the complementary angle?

2) gimp -  ../app/core/core-enums.c:994

    FG (t) is it foreground (transparent)? and BG (t) is it background (transparent)?

3) In gimp-libgimp -  ../libgimpbase/gimpbaseenums.c:681 and   ../libgimpbase/gimpbaseenums.c:682

     Is it Spherical (inc) Spherical (inclined) and Spherical (dec) is it Spherical (declined)?
