[Gimp-developer] Release of GIMP-ML v1.1

The next version of GIMP-ML is out !! GIMP-ML v1.1
You can now use computer vision for image editing. Deep learning applications like dehazing, matting, 
deblurring, enlightening, monocular depth estimation, semantic segmentation, mask generative adversarial 
networks, image super-resolution, de-noising, coloring etc. have been incorporated in GIMP through 
Python-based plugins.
