Hello gimp devs et al,
I would like to introduce Pat David and ofnuts as Linux admins for
build.gimp.org.

What kind of access do they currently have?
- root (sudo) access to the underlying system of build.gimp.org
- Jenkins admins of build.gimp.org
- Access to contribute to the build.gimp.org infrastructure repositories
hosted at https://github.com/gimp-ci
