[Gimp-developer] scaling issue with Windows 10

Hello,
I installed Gimp on my surface pro 4.
My screen resolution is 2736x1824.
The problem is that the display is too small because of display scaling, it look likes this :


I tried to disable this option “Disable display scaling on high DPI settings” but it didn’t work.
How can I do to use Gimp with a proper display?
