[Gimp-developer] [Feature Request] Support for East Asian vertical text writing style

Hello GIMP Devs,

First, thank you for your great work :) And this time, I want to
request a feature here,
the use case is, in nearly all mangas and some other books,  the
writing style is that "vertically in columns going from top to bottom
and ordered from right to left" (some info on wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horizontal_and_vertical_writing_in_East_Asian_scripts
), just like the following example:

It's useful for CJK language users, and though there's some scripts can
do that, it'll be much easier to maintain and manipulate if it can
be integrated into texttool. 
So, could you please implement this function? Thanks in advance :)
