Dear Gimpshop,
 
I installed Gimpshop 2.8.14.
 
I am missing the toolbar across the top. The tool bar  that is supposed to 
be below file edit select is missing, never appeared after  installation and 
I cannot figure out how to turn it on.
 
Please advise.
