[Gimp-developer] Guide grid to choose values, saturation, colors

Hi there,

Please provide a way for digital painters to pick colors with more system.
objective: modifications of the color picker in: Color>Gimp (dialog)

The idea is following: to expand the existing (x-y coordinate) color picker with two grid bars (a grid row 
for the vertical and another grid row for horizontal axis) to choose with ease dark/bright and 
saturated/desaturated colors.

please see the attachment - i highlighted the selected color area with blue, just to emphasize the selection, 
but a highlight isnt necessary
