Hi,

we use Python 2.7.
It's built in and you can find it all under
GIMP.app/Contents/ ...
/MacOS/python
/Resources/lib/libpyglib-2.0-python.0.dylib
/Resources/lib/libpython2.7.dylib
/Resources/lib/pygtk/
/Resources/lib/python2.7/
