Hi,
i'd suggest to simplify and clean up with all the tool icons around.
Merging tools (radio button to change tool behavior in the tool preferences tab)

1) Rectangle/Circle Selection Tool
2) Scissors/Lasso
3) color extractor/foreground extractor
4) Move tool/Align tool 
5) Clone/Perspective Clone
