The test file can be downloaded. The profiles are also available.
The black and white conversion that I envisioned and accomplished with
trivial simplicity in the custom RGB working space *can't be done* in
the sRGB color space, unbounded ICC profile conversion notwithstanding.
Thanks in advance to anyone who reads the post and tries the conversion
to black and white in the sRGB color space.
