"save a copy" saves as xcf without changing the image filename

Save a copy could be merged into save as, with a checkbox,
[ ] make this the current image

but then people wouldn't so easily be able to bind a key to it.

It's not doing the same thing as "export a lossy copy you might or might
not be able to re-open"
